Data, privacy, and account deletion

How Homeezy protects your data and how to delete your account when you no longer need it, from the Account tab.

How is my data protected, and how do I delete my account?

Your Homeezy workspace is private to your business and isolated from every other contractor by row-level security, so no one else can see your clients, quotes, or documents. To delete your account, open Settings → Accounts, scroll to the bottom, and click Delete account, then confirm.

How Homeezy keeps your data safe

  • Workspace isolation — your records are walled off from other contractors at the database level.
  • Secure sign-in — you log in with an email one-time code, so there's no password to leak.
  • Payments handled by Stripe — Homeezy never stores your full card or bank details.
  • Private client links — documents you share use unguessable links you control.

Delete your account

  1. 1
    Open the Accounts tab

Go to Settings and select Accounts.

  2. 2
    Scroll to Delete account

At the bottom of the Accounts tab, click Delete account.

  3. 3
    Confirm

Read the warning and confirm in the dialog to start the deletion.

Deleting your account is permanent. Before you delete, export anything you want to keep — quotes, contracts, and invoices can be saved as PDF from their public links. See Export and print documents.

If you only want to stop paying, you can cancel Homeezy Pro instead of deleting your account — your data stays available. See Manage your subscription.

No. Account deletion is permanent, so export any documents or records you want to keep first.

If you're on Homeezy Pro, cancel from the Billing tab so billing stops, then delete your account. Cancelling alone keeps your data; deleting removes it.

No. Every workspace is isolated by row-level security, so your data is only visible to you and the team members you invite.

Save quotes, contracts, and invoices as PDF from their public links, and download any uploaded files from the Files tab on the Documents page.
