Where do I manage my account and business settings?

Everything lives on the Settings page. The left sidebar groups your options into tabs: Account (your personal details), My business (logo and business name), plus tabs for Team, Billing, Documents, Price book, Templates, Notifications, and Integrations. Make a change and click Save at the bottom of the form.

Account details

On the Account tab you can:

  • Set your profile picture — click Edit to upload a photo or Delete to remove it.
  • Update your first and last name and your phone number.
  • Change your email — click Update email; Homeezy sends a confirmation to the new address.
  • Set a default quote markup — the percentage applied to new quotes by default.

Business details

  1. 1
    Open the My business tab

From Settings, select My business in the sidebar.

  2. 2
    Upload your business logo

Click Edit beside the logo to add your company mark — it shows up on the documents you share.

  3. 3
    Set your business name

Enter the name you want clients to see on quotes, contracts, and invoices.

  4. 4
    Save

Click Save to apply your changes.

Set your invoice numbering, payment terms, tax numbers, and footer text on the Documents tab so every PDF you send is consistent and professional.

On the Account tab, click Update email and enter the new address. Homeezy emails a confirmation; the change takes effect once you confirm from that address.

It's the markup percentage Homeezy applies to new quotes automatically, so you don't have to set it every time. You can still adjust it on any individual quote.

Your public-facing profile and portfolio are managed separately from Settings — look for My business / profile in your dashboard navigation.

New settings apply to documents going forward. Already-sent documents keep the details they had when you sent them.
