Manage your Homeezy Pro subscription
View your Homeezy Pro plan, update your payment method, and manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing tab.
How do I manage my Homeezy Pro subscription?
Open Settings → Billing, and under your Homeezy Pro plan click Manage subscription. This opens your secure billing portal where you can update your card, view invoices and receipts, change your plan, or cancel — all handled by Stripe.
Open the billing portal
- 1Go to the Billing tab
From Settings, select Billing in the sidebar.
- 2Find your subscription
Look for the Homeezy Pro card showing your plan and price.
- 3Click Manage subscription
This opens the secure billing portal in a new view.
- 4Make your change
Update your payment method, download a receipt, or cancel. Changes apply right away through Stripe.
The same Billing tab is where you set up Stripe payments for accepting client payments. That's separate from your Homeezy Pro subscription — one is what clients pay you, the other is your plan with Homeezy.
Cancelling your plan
To cancel, open Manage subscription and choose the cancel option in the billing portal. Your Homeezy Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for, so you won't lose access mid-cycle.

Yes. The billing portal lists your past invoices and receipts so you can download them for your records.
Your account and data remain; you simply lose Pro features at the end of the paid period. To delete your data entirely, see Data, privacy, and account deletion.
Yes. Billing is processed by Stripe, a certified payments provider. Homeezy never stores your full card number.
