Set your notification preferences
Choose which Homeezy alerts you get in-app and by email — new projects, approvals, and product news — from the Notifications tab.
How do I control which notifications I receive?
Open Settings → Notifications. Each alert type has two toggles — one for in-app and one for email — so you decide exactly where each notification shows up. Toggles save automatically as you tap them; there's no separate Save button.
Notification types
- New project — when a new homeowner project matches and lands for you.
- Application approved — when your application to a job is accepted.
- News — product updates and announcements from Homeezy.
Turn a notification on or off
- 1Open the Notifications tab
Go to Settings and select Notifications.
- 2Find the alert type
Each row is one alert type, with In-app and Email columns.
- 3Tap the toggle
Tap the In-app or Email check to turn that channel on or off for that alert. The change saves right away.
Keep New project email on so you never miss a lead while you're out on a job site and away from the dashboard.
No. Each toggle saves automatically the moment you tap it, so your preferences are stored immediately.
Yes. In-app and email are independent toggles for every notification type, so you can pick either, both, or neither.
No. The leads still appear in your dashboard — you just won't be pinged about them. Turning the alert back on resumes notifications.
Check that the Email toggle is on for that alert, then look in your spam folder and add Homeezy as a safe sender.
