Manage integrations in Homeezy
Connect Google Calendar and Stripe to Homeezy so your schedule stays in sync and you can accept client payments.
What integrations can I connect in Homeezy?
Homeezy connects to two key tools. On the Integrations tab in Settings you can connect Google Calendar to keep your scheduled jobs in sync. On the Billing tab you connect Stripe so clients can pay your invoices online. Each connection takes a couple of clicks and can be disconnected any time.
Connect Google Calendar
- 1Open the Integrations tab
Go to Settings and select Integrations in the sidebar.
- 2Connect Google Calendar
Click Connect on the Google Calendar card and sign in to your Google account when prompted.
- 3Approve access
Grant Homeezy permission to read and write calendar events, then you'll be returned to the Integrations tab.
- 4Confirm it's connected
A connected badge and last-sync time appear so you know it's working. Scheduled jobs will sync going forward.
Connecting Google Calendar keeps your Homeezy schedule and your Google Calendar aligned, so a job booked in one shows up in the other. See Calendar & scheduling for how scheduling works.
Connect Stripe for payments
Open the Billing tab and click Set up payments to start Stripe onboarding. You'll enter your business and banking details with Stripe (Homeezy never stores your card or bank info), and once charges and payouts are enabled, clients can pay your invoices directly. From then on, the Billing tab shows your payment status and an Open dashboard button to manage payouts in Stripe.
If your Stripe setup link expires before you finish, just reopen the Billing tab and click Continue setup to pick up where you left off.
No. Homeezy has its own built-in calendar. Connecting Google Calendar is optional and simply keeps the two in sync if you prefer to manage your day in Google.
You can create and send invoices without Stripe, but you need Stripe connected for clients to pay you online through Homeezy.
Yes. Use the Disconnect option on the Google Calendar card, or manage your Stripe account from the dashboard. Disconnecting stops future syncing or payments.
Your payment details are handled by Stripe, a certified payments provider. Homeezy doesn't store your bank account or card numbers.
