Public quote links — share without a login
Share a quote with a no-login link your client opens in any browser to view, accept, sign, or decline.
What is a public quote link?
A public quote link is a secure web address your client can open without any Homeezy account. From it they see the full quote — line items, totals, deposit — and can accept and sign or decline right in the browser. The link is generated when you send the quote, and you can copy it to share over text, email, or chat.
How clients use the link
- View the quote and print or save it as needed.
- Accept — they type their name to sign, which records the signature and timestamp on the quote.
- Decline — they pass on the quote, marking it declined.
- View your public profile, if your handle is set up, to learn more about your business.
When you send a quote, the Send dialog shows the public link with a Copy link button — handy for pasting into a text message so your client can act on the quote from their phone.
No. The link is no-login — anyone with it can view, accept and sign, or decline the quote in their browser.
Yes. Each link uses a unique, hard-to-guess token tied to that one quote. Share it only with the intended client.
If you've connected Stripe and the quote includes a deposit, accepting can route the client to a secure online payment. Otherwise, accepting simply signs the quote.
