How do I add my terms of service in Homeezy?

Open Settings → Documents and find the Terms of service section. You can either upload a file (PDF or Word) or write your own with the built-in rich-text editor. Save it once and it's stored on your business profile, ready to stand behind your contracts.

Upload a file or write your own

  • Upload a file — attach a PDF or Word document with your existing terms. You can view, replace, or remove it anytime.
  • Write your own — use the rich-text editor to author terms inside Homeezy. A starter template is available so you don't begin from a blank page.

    Open Settings → Documents

    Go to Settings and select the Documents tab.

    Choose a mode

    Pick Upload a file or Write your own at the top of the Terms of service section.

    Add your terms

    Upload your document, or type/paste your terms and optionally apply the starter template, then give it a title.

    Save

    Save the Documents tab. Your terms are stored and ready for your contracts.

Use the Reset to starter action to drop in a sensible default terms template you can then tailor to your business.

Yes. The toggle remembers your saved mode, and you can switch and re-save anytime. Only the mode you save is kept.

Your saved terms live on your business profile and back the contracts you generate in Homeezy. Keep them current so every client sees the same up-to-date version.

PDF and Word documents (.doc/.docx). If you have another format, export it to PDF first.
