How do I send a contract for signature?

From the project's Documents tab, select Send on the contract. Homeezy shares a secure no-login link where your client can review the contract PDF, check the agreement box, type their name to sign, and submit. The contract status updates to signed as soon as they confirm, and you'll see who signed and when.

How your client signs

  1. 1
    They open the link

The contract opens in any browser — no Homeezy account needed.

  2. 2
    They review the PDF

The full contract is shown inline, with options to download or print it.

  3. 3
    They agree and sign

They type their full name and check the agreement box, then select Sign.

  4. 4
    It's recorded

The contract is marked signed, capturing the signer's name. You can confirm it from your end on the project.

After sending, copy the public link to paste into a text or chat so your client can sign from their phone in seconds.

No. Signing happens on a no-login link — they just review the PDF, agree, and type their name.

Yes. The public contract page includes download and print buttons so they can keep the PDF for their records.

The client types their full name and checks the agreement box to consent. Homeezy records the typed name with the signed status.
