How do I update my payment method?
Open the Stripe billing portal from Settings → Billing, select Manage subscription, and update your card there. Stripe handles all payment details securely, so your card number is never stored on Homeezy.
Step by step
- 1Go to your billing settings
Open Settings and choose the Billing tab from the sidebar.
- 2Open the billing portal
Under your Homeezy Pro subscription, click Manage subscription. This opens Stripe's secure customer portal in your browser.
- 3Update your card
In the portal, find your payment method and add or replace the card. Save your changes — the new card is used for your next renewal.
If a renewal payment fails (for example, an expired card), Stripe automatically retries the charge over the following days. Update your card promptly to avoid losing access while the retry is pending.
The billing portal is only for your Homeezy Pro subscription. To change the bank account where client payments land, use the Stripe dashboard linked under Settings → Billing → Payments instead.
