How does Homeezy handle my data and privacy?

Your business data belongs to you. Homeezy isolates each contractor's workspace with row-level security, so your quotes, invoices, contracts, projects and client contacts are visible only to you and the team members you invite. Only the information you publish to your public profile is shared with homeowners.

What's public vs. private

  • Public — your profile, business details, portfolio projects and anything you share via a public document or share link.
  • Private — your CRM contacts, internal notes, draft quotes/invoices/contracts, materials and project records. These never leave your workspace.
  • Shared with a client only — a quote, contract or invoice becomes visible to a specific client when you send it or generate its public link.

Homeowners are CRM contacts in your workspace, not separate app users with their own logins. Their details live under your account and are governed by the same privacy protections.

Your data, your control

    Keep records in one place

    Store quotes, contracts, invoices and files in Homeezy so your business records are organized and access-controlled.

    Export documents when you need them

    You can download or email PDF copies of quotes, contracts and invoices for your own records at any time.

    Delete your account if you choose

    Under Settings → Accounts, you can permanently delete your account when you no longer need it.

Deleting your account is permanent. Export any quotes, contracts, invoices or contact details you want to keep before you delete.

No. Row-level security ensures another contractor's workspace can never read your records. Each business is fully isolated.

Only you and the team members you've invited to your workspace. Internal notes are never shown to the homeowner.

Open Settings → Accounts and use the delete account option. This permanently removes your workspace, so export anything you need first.
