How do I report a bug or give feedback?
Open the Support popover from the help menu and choose Give feedback (or Support). Select the Bug category to report something broken, or Feature request to suggest an improvement, then describe it and attach a screenshot. Every report goes straight to our product team.
Write a report we can act on
- 1Open Give feedback or Support
From the help menu, choose Give feedback for ideas or Support for problems. Both open the same ticket form.
- 2Pick Bug or Feature request
Choose Bug for something that's not working, or Feature request for an improvement you'd like to see.
- 3Describe it clearly
For a bug, write what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. For a feature, explain the problem you're trying to solve.
- 4Attach a screenshot and send
Add a screenshot or file if it helps, then click Send. You'll see a confirmation that your report was received.

Both open the same ticket form. Use Support when something's wrong and you need help; use Give feedback to share ideas. The category you pick (bug, feature request, and so on) is what matters most.
What you were doing, what you expected, what actually happened, and ideally the exact steps to reproduce it. A screenshot makes it even clearer.
Yes. The ticket form has an optional file upload that accepts images, PDFs and documents — perfect for screenshots.
You'll get a confirmation that your report was received. For bugs and account or billing issues, our team follows up by email.
