How to invite team members in Homeezy

Add your crew to Homeezy: open Settings, go to the Team tab, click Add member, and send an invite by email.

How do I invite a team member?

Open Settings → Team, switch to the Team tab, and click Add member. Enter the person's first name, last name, and email (a role is optional), then save. Homeezy emails them an invitation to join your workspace, and their status shows as Pending until they accept.

Add a member step by step

    Open the Team tab

    Go to Settings and select Team from the left sidebar.

    Click Add member

    Use the Add member button in the top-right of the team list to open the form.

    Fill in their details

    Enter a first name, last name, and email. These three fields are required. You can also add an optional role (for example, Foreman or Project Manager) so you remember what each person does.

    Send the invite

    Click Add member to save. Homeezy sends an email invite to that address and the member appears in your list with a Pending status badge.

Use the search box above the list to quickly find a member by name or email once your team grows.

Invite statuses explained

Each member carries a status badge so you always know where their invite stands:

  • Pending — the invite was sent and you're waiting for them to accept.
  • Accepted — they joined your workspace and can sign in.
  • Not invited — the member exists in your list but no invite email has gone out yet.
  • Rejected — the person declined the invitation.

Resend an invite

If a teammate can't find the email, open the ⋮ menu on their row and choose Resend invite. This option only appears while the status is Pending — once accepted, there's nothing left to resend.

There is no preset cap on your team list. Add as many crew members, project managers, and office staff as you need to run your jobs.

Yes. When they accept the email invite, they create a login tied to your workspace, so they sign in with their own credentials rather than sharing yours.

Yes. Click the member's row (or choose Edit member from the ⋮ menu) to update their name, email, phone, or role at any time.
