How do I schedule a project on the calendar?

Open the project, go to the Details tab, and in the Schedule card click Set dates (or Change if dates already exist). Pick a start date and an optional end date, then Save. The job immediately appears on your Calendar as a scheduled block, so your whole pipeline is visible in one place.

Scheduling a project ties its work dates to the calendar without creating a separate event. A single date shows up as a one-day job; a start-and-end range shows as a multi-day block you can spot at a glance.

Set or change a project's dates

  1. 1
    Open the project's Details tab

From Projects, open the project and stay on the Details tab.

  2. 2
    Open the Schedule card

Find the Schedule card and click Set dates — or Change if the job is already scheduled.

  3. 3
    Choose start and end dates

Pick a start date. Optionally add an end date for a multi-day job — leave it blank for a single day.

  4. 4
    Save

Click Save. The job appears on your calendar right away. To remove it later, reopen the card and click Clear.

You can also set the schedule the moment you create a project — the Add project wizard has start and end date fields on its first step.

Project schedule dates are read as calendar days in your local time, not UTC, so the date you pick is the date that shows — no off-by-one shift.

It shows on your Calendar as a job block (in blue), separate from one-off calendar events.

Yes. Leave the end date blank and the job shows as a single day on the start date.

Open the Schedule card on the Details tab and click Clear. The job disappears from the calendar but the project itself stays.
