Manage leads and contacts
Your Homeezy contacts list is your CRM. See everyone you've added or worked with, search, sort, and open a contact to manage the relationship.
Where do I manage my leads and contacts on Homeezy?
Your Contacts page is your built-in CRM. It lists everyone you've added manually plus the homeowners attached to your projects — all in one searchable, sortable table. Click any contact to open their detail page, where you can view and edit their information and see the projects connected to them.
What's in your contacts list
- Name, phone, and email — the basics for reaching out.
- Project — the job a contact is connected to, if any.
- Created date — when the contact was added.
- Source — contacts you added manually versus those that came from a project.
Work your contacts
- 1Open Contacts
Go to Contacts from the sidebar.
- 2Search and sort
Type a name, email, or project to filter, and click a column header to sort by name, project, or created date.
- 3Open a contact
Click a row to view the contact's details, edit their info, or see their linked projects.
- 4Add or remove
Use Add new to create a contact, or the row menu to remove a manually-added one.
Project contacts appear automatically. The first time you open one, Homeezy saves it as a full contact so you can edit and manage it like any other.
A lead is a homeowner project you've applied to; once you're working the relationship, that person lives in your contacts. All your people — leads, clients, past clients — sit together in Contacts.
Homeezy de-duplicates by email: a project contact with the same email as a manual one won't show twice. See Add a contact manually.
You can remove a contact you added manually from the row menu. Contacts that come from a project stay tied to that job's history.
