What is the Homeezy marketplace and how do I browse it?

The marketplace is where homeowner projects appear as job cards you can browse and apply to. Each card shows the service, location, timeline, and a budget indicator. Use the search box to find jobs, the filter to narrow by service, and the sort menu to order by newest, oldest, or budget. The summary cards at the top tell you how many jobs are open, new this week, and ready to hire.

Reading a job card

  • Service — the type of work the homeowner needs.
  • Location — the city the project is in.
  • Timeline tag — how soon they want to start; urgent timelines are highlighted in orange.
  • Budget indicator — a $ to $$ guide to the homeowner's budget tier.
  • Open / Applied tag — whether the job is still open or you've already applied.

Find the right leads

  1. 1
    Open the marketplace

Go to Marketplace from the sidebar.

  2. 2
    Search or filter

Type a service or city in the search box, or click the Filter button to select only the services you offer.

  3. 3
    Sort the results

Use the sort menu to put newest, oldest, or higher-budget jobs first.

  4. 4
    Open a job

Click a card to see the full project details, then decide whether to apply.

Set your services and service areas on your profile so the marketplace surfaces the most relevant homeowner projects for your trade and region.

There may be no open projects matching your filters yet. Clear your filters, widen your search, and check back — new leads are posted regularly.

It's a quick affordability guide based on the homeowner's stated budget tier: $ is lower budget, $ is mid, and $$ is higher.

Open the job card and use the Apply button. See Apply to a job.
