How do fees and payouts work for online payments?

Online card payments on Homeezy are processed by Stripe. Stripe charges a standard per-transaction processing fee, deducts it from each payment, and pays the remaining balance out to the bank account you connected during setup. You can see every fee, payment, and payout in your Stripe dashboard, which you open from Settings → Billing.

Where the money flows

  • A client pays your invoice online by card through the public link.
  • Stripe processes the payment and deducts its processing fee.
  • The net amount is paid out to your connected bank account on Stripe's payout schedule.
  • Homeezy marks the invoice paid (or partially paid) and records the payment in the Payments received panel.

Exact processing fees and payout timing are set by Stripe and can vary by region and card type. Check your Stripe dashboard for the current rates that apply to your account.
