How does the Homeezy calendar work?

Your Calendar shows everything time-bound in one month view: scheduled jobs (in blue), one-off events (in your accent color), and task due dates. Move between months with the arrows or the month picker, jump back with Today, and click New event to add an appointment. An Upcoming list below the grid shows what's next.

The calendar pulls your whole schedule together so you don't have to check three places. Jobs you've dated, events you've added, and tasks that are due all land on the same grid.

What shows on the calendar

  • Jobs — projects you've given start and end dates, shown as blue blocks (a multi-day job shows as an ongoing range).
  • Events — appointments and reminders you create with the New event button.
  • Tasks — tasks land on their due date so nothing slips.
  1. 1
    Change the month

Use the chevron arrows to step month by month, or click the month name to jump to any month and year.

  2. 2
    Jump to today

Click Today to snap back to the current month.

  3. 3
    Open an item

Click any job, event, or task on the grid to see its details — and open the related project where relevant.

On a phone, days show colored dots instead of full labels. Tap a day to see that day's agenda below the grid.

Click New event, fill in the title, dates, and any details, then save. See "Schedule jobs on the calendar" for the full walkthrough.

Blue items are scheduled jobs (dated projects). Items in your accent color are events you created. Tasks appear on their due dates.

Yes. Connect Google Calendar from Settings → Integrations to keep your Homeezy events and your Google calendar in step.
