Each job lives as a project in Homeezy. Open Projects to track its details and progress, break the work into tasks, organize finishes and fixtures with material selections, and put the work on your calendar so nothing slips. Everything about a job — documents, tasks, materials, and schedule — stays in one place.
The pieces of a job
- Projects — the home base for each job, with its details, status, and linked documents.
- Tasks — your checklist for the work, so you and your team always know what's next.
- Materials — selections for finishes, fixtures, and supplies, with costs you can share with clients.
- Calendar — schedule jobs and events, and optionally sync with Google Calendar.
Schedule each job on the calendar as soon as it's confirmed. Connecting Google Calendar keeps your Homeezy schedule and personal calendar in sync so you never double-book.
