To find work, open the Marketplace to browse homeowner projects in your service areas, then apply to the ones that fit your trade and schedule. Every homeowner you connect with becomes a contact in your CRM, so you can follow up, send a quote, and keep the whole relationship in one place.
From lead to client
- 1Browse the marketplace
Open the Marketplace. The summary cards show open jobs, what's new this week, and clients ready to hire.
- 2Open a job that fits
Tap any listing to see the project details, location, and what the homeowner needs. Look for jobs that match your trade and service area.
- 3Apply to the job
Use Apply to express interest and introduce yourself. The homeowner becomes a contact you can quote and follow up with.
- 4Manage it in your contacts
Open Contacts to track every lead, add notes, and move them from first conversation to signed job.
Respond fast and personally. A short, specific reply that references the homeowner's project wins more jobs than a generic pitch.
Make sure your service area and trade are accurate on My business — the marketplace matches you to nearby jobs that fit what you do.
